Extra-Curricular
musicIn addition to offering a broad and balanced curriculum Broadway provides an extensive 'Out of Hours Learning' programme of activities.
Activities available include; Football, Netball, Table, Tennis, Badminton, Rowing, Cricket, Rounders, Duke of Edinburgh Award Scheme, English, Maths, Science, French, Spanish, Graphic Design, History, Cooking, Art, Textiles, Debating, Drama, Dance, Keyboards and Steel Pans.

Creative Writing Club

The English Department are running a Creative Writing and Poetry Club at Aston Campus for Year 7 and 8 pupils each Monday lunchtime with Mrs Balu.

At Perry Barr Campus, the club is run on a Friday lunchtime for Year 9, 10 and 11 pupils with Miss Moore and Miss Begum.

There were over 100 entries for the first competition, which was called BritWriters Award. Three students who attend the club at Aston Campus have visited Walsall Art Gallery for a Creative Writing Workshop and regular attendees will be visiting the Botanical Gardens in June.
